Despite thinking that this Sunday Weigh In would be on time, I returned from a lovely bike ride and picnic to find blogger has screwed me once again by deleting the majority (including all of this mornings long intro and summary and all pictures, meaning I am currently trying to remember everything I ate since Tuesday!! Please bear with me while I scream and try to remember what I wrote and spend another hour sorting out all the pictures and writing (which will obviously not be as good as this morning!)
