The Body Coach 90 Day Shift Shape & Sustain Plan

You may or may not have heard of Joe Wicks, the man behind The Body Coach with his #Leanin15 inspiration, recipes and 90 day SSS plan.  I signed up to The Body Coach plan in April 2016.  I'd piled on the pounds after having my twins in Nov 2014 and in July 2015 I weighed 15 stone and it was getting me down.  (My usual comfortable weight being 12 to 12 1/2 stone.)  I am currently (July 16) back down to just under 13 stone and delighted to have a waist again, be back in my old clothes and feeling confident again.

I've written about my previous weight issues, having put on and lost weight myself before and I've been charting my progress through the 90 day SSS plan on the blog too.  I thought it would be a good idea to list it all here in case my posts help anyone else who's thinking about or is embarking on the plan.  I have written about my experiences of each cycle, my results and a few tips and recipe ideas along the way too.  If you're starting the plan, good luck!  I am SO pleased I signed up!
