Christmas Day 2018

As you can imagine there was MUCH excitement on Christmas morning when the kids woke to find Santa had been!  They immediately brought their stockings through to us in bed and climbed up to start opening presents.

They must have been very good because Santa brought them so many things they really loved that were "so cool" (when did my children turn 13??) and he is very clever as he even knew their favourite colours and everything and brought them what they asked for in their letters and even the things they didn't even tell Mummy about until Christmas Eve!  (LUCKY FLUKE THERE!)

After the stockings were empty, we all came down for a special breakfast which consisted of freshly made waffles (thanks for the loan of your waffle maker Hemina!) with bacon and caramelised bananas with maple syrup!  Plus lots of coffee for us grown-ups of course with special babyccinos for the twins.

Then it was time for more presents from under the tree.

Nik was in charge of dinner and made a delicious Roast Lamb with all the trimmings plus Christmas pud.
