Outside The Box Clothes - review & GIVEAWAY by Bex

To celebrate my first column for Uckfield News today and with the launch of OTB Clothes' unisex shorts, I'm delighted to be running a giveaway with Outside The Box Clothes!  Priya was wearing her dress at the Uckfield Festival Big Day and we went back to Luxford park for a photo shoot to show off the clothes against the slightly roughened bright colours of the play equipment so you may have noticed it in my column today and now you have a chance to win one for your child!

A small business run by fellow local twin Mum, Holly Shaw, Outside The Box Clothes makes awesome unisex clothes.  Holly is passionate about children having equal access to clothing that they love.  Her dinosaur-mad twin girls inspired the first range featuring a bright array of colourful dinosaurs when she struggled to find dinosaur clothing for her girls.

The brand currently only has one print available (and it's an awesome one!) but there are some gorgeous new designs coming soon, I've seen the plans!  They've also recently expanded their range to include unisex shorts and culottes so although I know Kalyan loves wearing his sister's dinosaur dress, he's now got a pair of shorts too.  It's early days for Holly's business but I can see it being a great success with a brilliant ethos and good quality, colourful clothing not to mention a superstar Mum of three at the helm.

Priya's had her dress for a while now and LOVES picking it out to wear often.  The new shorts are actually a little big for Kalyan so I will take them up and in a bit (and let them out again later so they last longer!)  We took them to the park last weekend for a photo shoot to help show off the fabulous clothes and they had a blast running around, climbing and swinging in them.

They are available in sizes 2-3, 3-4, 4-5 and 5-6, made of 100% cotton and handmade in the UK.  I adore the rainbow coloured dinosaurs against the black background, they go with everything!  The dress is a lovely A-line style with button tabs at the top.  The shorts are long board shorts style which have an elasticated waist as do the longer culottes.  Both the dress and shorts can be seen modelled in the image below in size 2-3, the shorts are a bit big on my son so they hang down low.  Dresses are £20, shorts and culottes are £10.
