It's now been 10 weeks since starting my new healthy lifestyle. I decided that each Sunday I will post up my progress, whether successful or not in the hope that it encourages me to stay positive and keep going. Knowing that I will be sharing it all here will hopefully keep my willpower up! In order for me to keep track and look back for ideas, I will be listing my food diary here as well (and who knows, it might inspire others to have a go too!) It also gives me somewhere to put all the photos of the yummy food I love to take as it always looks so good!
Breakfast - none
I am going back to work today as I can't afford to be off any longer and hate letting people down! I will not be going swimming again until I am 100% better and plan to take the car to work as my energy levels are still pretty low despite my appetite slowly returning to normal. Fingers crossed I get back to normal ASAP and they find something treatable in those tests! Not really caring about weight loss at the moment but trying to still make healthy choices with food (other than all the cheese of course! Sometimes comfort food is needed!)

Going to Durham may have been a mistake as, although I was feeling much better on Saturday, I am now feeling worse again. Very annoying especially in spite the fact that I still spent a lot of time in bed down there and other than going out for dinner for a couple of hours we were just in the house due to bad weather anyway, so I didn't feel I was over-exerting myself. I'm still glad we got to see Nik's grandparents again before they left though and spend a bit more time with them. I am going back to work today as I can't afford to be off any longer and hate letting people down! I will not be going swimming again until I am 100% better and plan to take the car to work as my energy levels are still pretty low despite my appetite slowly returning to normal.
